We use the finest quality ingredients including locally sourced meats, non-GMO, no additives, sustainable seafood, Macrina Bakery brioche and breads delivered fresh daily, housemade pickled vegetables, sauces, and dressings. We also offer gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
